Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to ticket purchases and attendance at MicDrop, a two-day singing workshop for teens run by Singhouse Australia, held at LOEV in Moorabbin.

Tickets & Cancellations
 

• Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund (excluding booking fees) up to 7 days before the workshop.

• Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund, but you’re welcome to transfer the ticket to another teen (aged 12–17). Just email us to arrange.

• If we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund (excluding booking fees).

 
Attendance

• Each ticket includes access to all MicDrop activities across both days.

• Participants must be between 12 and 17 years old.

• Please check in at the welcome desk when you arrive each day.

• If you arrive late, you may need to wait for a break in the session to join.

 
Behaviour & Safety
 

• MicDrop is a supportive, inclusive space. We expect all participants to treat each other, facilitators and venue staff with kindness and respect.

• Anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe or disruptive may be asked to leave.

• Sing House Australia and LOEV are not responsible for lost items or personal injuries. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

 
Photos & Videos

• We may take photos or short videos during the workshop for use on our website, social media, or future event promotions.

• If you'd prefer your teen not be included, just let us know via email before the workshop.

• Please don’t record sessions unless you have permission from the facilitator.

 
Special Requirements

If your teen has any medical, access or support needs, please email us at singhouse.events@gmail.com at least 72 hours before the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
